What counts as a message?

Each message sent or received counts toward your monthly limit. Template messages, automated responses, and chatbot interactions all count as messages.

What happens if I exceed my message limit?

You'll be notified when you reach 80% of your limit. If you exceed it, you'll need to upgrade to continue sending messages, or wait until your monthly limit resets.

Can I change plans anytime?

Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, while downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not provide refunds once a subscription has been activated. However, you can cancel anytime to prevent future charges. We recommend starting with our free tier to test the platform.

Is there a setup fee?

No setup fees. All plans include everything you need to get started immediately. Just sign up, connect your WhatsApp number, and start engaging with customers.

What integrations are included?

All paid plans include integrations with Google Sheets, Shopify, WooCommerce, Zapier, and more. The Free plan only includes Google Sheets integration.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, and digital wallets through our secure payment gateway. All prices include applicable taxes.
