Are there any limits on messages or templates?
No. All plans — including Engage (free) — have unlimited messages and unlimited templates. The only limits on Engage are 10,000 contacts and 20 broadcast campaigns per month. All paid plans have no such limits.
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades apply at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do you offer refunds?
All paid plans start with a 14-day free trial — no payment until you're ready to commit. After your subscription activates, charges are non-refundable, but you can cancel anytime to stop future billing. If you have concerns within 7 days of your first charge, reach out and we'll work something out.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fees. All plans include everything you need to get started immediately. Sign up, connect your WhatsApp number, and start messaging.
What integrations are included?
Engage (free) has no integrations. Automate includes 1 integration (Google Sheets or Shopify). Dominate includes up to 5 integrations (Shopify, HubSpot, Google Sheets, and more). Enterprise includes unlimited integrations plus custom-built connectors.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit/debit cards, UPI, and net banking via Chargebee's secure payment gateway. All transactions are encrypted and prices are inclusive of applicable taxes.
