Service Description

MINDLYTICS AI provides AI-powered business tools including WhatsApp Business Platform for customer engagement and free AI Writing Tools for content creation.

  • WhatsApp Business Platform: AI chatbots, broadcast campaigns, contact sync, marketing automation, and customer engagement tools
  • AI Writing Tools: Hook generator, paragraph generator, paraphrasing tool, AI humanizer, and sentence rewriter
  • Services available via web platform, WhatsApp integration, and API access

Important: While we strive for accuracy in service descriptions, features, and functionality, we do not warrant that all information is complete, current, or error-free. AI-generated outputs should be reviewed before use. Service features and availability may change without prior notice as we continuously improve our platform.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using MINDLYTICS AI services, you accept and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

By using our services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the services under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity.

User Responsibilities

By using our services, you agree to maintain account security, use services lawfully, and comply with applicable regulations including WhatsApp Business policies and third-party platform terms.

  • Maintain account security with strong passwords and secure access controls
  • Comply with WhatsApp Business policies, including opt-in requirements and message limits
  • Obtain proper authorization before integrating third-party platforms or syncing contacts
  • Use services only for lawful business purposes; no spam, harassment, or illegal content
  • Respect intellectual property rights and third-party data protection laws
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Do not introduce viruses, trojans, worms, malware, or other malicious code
  • Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, databases, or infrastructure
  • Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our services

Service Availability

We strive to maintain 24/7 service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, updates, or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance
  • Updates and improvements may cause brief interruptions
  • We will provide advance notice when possible

Payment Terms

Payment terms vary by service. WhatsApp Business Platform requires a paid subscription. AI Writing Tools are free with optional premium features.

  • Subscription fees billed monthly or annually; pricing displayed in INR (inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated)
  • Free trials available for eligible plans (terms specified at signup)
  • All payments processed securely through certified payment processors
  • Automatic renewal unless canceled before billing cycle ends
  • Cancellation permitted anytime; no refunds for partial billing periods
  • Price changes require 30-day advance notice
  • We are not responsible for payment gateway failures, transaction errors, or banking delays beyond our control

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of our services are owned by MINDLYTICS AI and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MINDLYTICS AI's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

  • AI-generated content may contain errors; users must verify all outputs before use
  • Not liable for WhatsApp platform outages, Meta policy changes, or third-party service disruptions
  • Not responsible for unauthorized access to third-party platforms or data breaches beyond our control
  • Not liable for indirect, consequential, incidental, special, or punitive damages
  • Services provided "as is" without warranties of merchantability or fitness for particular purpose

Termination

Either party may terminate service access under specified conditions:

  • You may cancel your subscription anytime through account settings or hello@mindlytics.in
  • We may suspend access for terms violations, payment failures, or illegal activities
  • Immediate termination for serious violations (spam, fraud, security breaches)
  • Upon termination, data access ends; export data within 30 days
  • Provisions regarding liability, intellectual property, and confidentiality survive termination

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via WhatsApp or email. Continued use constitutes acceptance of updated terms.

Dispute Resolution

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. For international users, local consumer protection laws may apply where they cannot be waived by contract.
